Abstract

Nowadays, the vandalism problem is a burden to most of in Local Authority. As reported by mass media, television and radio and also by Internet. Vandalism was caused a lot of damages on public facilities, property of school and others related with public property. Here, vandalism is a wilful or malicious destruction of public or private property. Vandalism is the wilful damage of property, often that owned by local or public authorities. It is an anonymous offence with a low rate of detection and conviction. Usually it offers no material reward to the perpetrators, but it adversely affects the quality of life and environment. ...any incident of damage, from graffiti to serious acts of destruction, excluding any form of arson, accidental fire damage and obvious cases of general wear and tear Therefore, the dissertation is carried out to examine the issues regarding the nature of the problem, to identify the influence factor by 2 secondary school in Klang Valley. It brings together approaches and measures, which have been shown that to be effective in reducing and overcome the vandalism in particular.
