Earthwork, street and drainage plan / Norafiqah Aziz

My final project study is located at Kota Tinggi District Council, Kota Tinggi, Johor. I choose building plan approval for plan of earthwork, street and drainage. The purpose the final project is to fact-finding analysis and investigative through scientific analysis and qualitative related on my syllabus. Besides, I also to study investigate the current practice of plan approval in Plan for Earthwork, Street and Drainage in Kota Tinggi District Counci and to observe the process in application and approval Plan of Earthwork, Street and Drainage. Approval is very important to ensure that no construction work is carried out before get the approval from Kota Tinggi District Council. For getting the approval, applicant needs to complete all documents that have been set by Kota Tinggi District Council related types of application. I also know about the process of approval building plan for earthwork, street and drainage plan. The process of building approvals showed that how a plan can be approved by Kota Tinggi District Council. In Kota Tinggi District Council, two agencies technical that involved to approved the plan. The technical agency is Engineering Department and Landscape Planning and Development Department.
