Generally, this practical training report clarifies the information about all of the works, processes, and stage of (design process, case study: single storey semi-detach at Damansara, Selangor Darul Ehsan). This practical training is started with explanation and clarification of company background and background of project. I was involved in this project and it is not easy as it seems. Based on observation made, the project involved a very detailed of maintenance, method, stage by stage of process and the materials. This project need to be done by skilled workers and involved with a few parties. Besides that, the quality of the workers and the construction materials would be affect if they don‟t do proper work. Next, they must follow the correct process to make sure the project will be fine. They must give full cooperation as a team. Then, this report also explained about the materials used for the project and equipment used by the general workers. Moreover, the common problems faced involving in this project also explained in this report along with its suitable steps of solutions. As a conclusion, this practical training report can explain in details about the project (design process, case study: single storey semi-detach at Damansara, Selangor Darul Ehsan).
