Supervision of fit - out work is a renovation work are running in building. In this report will explain about how contractor need to perform their work during renovation running. Before start any renovation work, client need to get approval from owner ( Tanjong ) and building management ( KLCCUH ). Furthermore, contractor need to follow the building safety requirement so that bad incident are not happen. In Menara Maxis, the owner has been standardize all the basic element of the building which is client need to follow all the standardize that provided. More Over, building management has been prepare the Safety and Health Act for all contractors and workers so that all the safety are under control because any incident happen building management will responsible to manage. As a conclusion, requirement building works during renovation work are very important in every building so that the building can running smoothly with long term and ensure the safety of occupants.
