Abstract

Nadnad.who is a sole business that offers vintage style handbags and made available to consumers who are keen to look fashionable and have an interest on vintage handbags to potential customers in Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Darul Ehsan. The business is headquartered in Jalan Klang Lama, Petaling Jaya and it is owned by Nadia binti Shamsul Aizat as the founder of Nadnad.who. Nadia was an experienced entrepreneur before delving into the handbag business by designing t-shirts from 2013 to 2015, which she sold on social media platforms like Instagram and through a retail store in Uptown Puchong. Years later, she gained expertise selling secondhand clothing on Instagram and at night markets through a friend. The management of Nadnad.who consist of only two employees who dedicatedly work held liable in different roles. Nadia binti Shamsul Aizat is the founder of Nadnad.who whom works as a General Manager, and Narisa Alyah binti Shamsul Aizat is responsible on Marketing and Sales department.
Nadnad.who serves the market by providing the needs and wants of the customers as they have identified that customers love stylish vintage handbags and are hopping into the trend. The business seize the opportunity as Nadnad.who understands that the increasing rise of technology has make people to shop smarter than before and will purchase products that are affordable and save for the environment. The handbags at Nadnad.who are manufactured of PU leather, which means they are vegan, high-quality, and less expensive than other leather-made purses. To maintain the customer relationship, the company offered promotions such as 20% off, free postage for special occasions such as the holiday season, and customer giveaways.
Lastly, as a start-up business, Nadnad.who will hope to expand the labor and hiring more expertise and experienced workers as this will create the business’s service to be more effective and efficient as the business need the helping hands especially on the designing, photography, logistics, publicity once the business’s finance is secured. Nadnad.who also plan to improve the client base and upgrade the developed ones through other channels like Tiktok, Youtube, Twitter website and others. Finally, Nadnad.who are seeking a higher operating line to finance the first year growth. The owners have invested RM1395 to meet working capital requirements.
