Analyse the factors of acceptance towards shariah contract in business: a study in pejabat MARA daerah Shah Alam / Anis Syafika Ab Aziz

In this research, we will look forward to the factor of acceptance in shariah contract in business among people in Pejabat Mara Daerah Shah Alam. First, we will identify the Islamic contract that provided in Pejabat Mara Daerah Shah Alam. Besides, we will also analyze the factors of the acceptance towards shariah contract for business. Lastly, this study will identify most of the elements of the recognition towards shariah contract. In this research, we are using the quantitative method to achieve the objective of the study. The quantitative approach is using the questionnaire and distribute it to people around Pejabat Mara Daerah Shah Alam. Then, we will use the Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) for the quantitative in determining the most of factor of the acceptance towards shariah business contract in Pejabat Mara Daerah Shah Alam. The using of the SPSS is to measure and record the result. Besides, we are using the secondary sources from the journals, articles, books, and else to conclude the items with the research to find the differences and also to see the evidence of the acceptance of shariah contract. Also, the objective of this research is to explore an overview of the acceptance towards shariah contract in business among people in PMD Shah Alam. From the finding of the study, we can conclude that they are three factors that effect of the acceptance of the Shariah contract in business. The three elements of the acceptance shariah contract are knowledge, the benefit of shariah and religion belief.
