Dilapidation survey at Alamanda, Putrajaya by QLASSIC standard work / Mohd Rizal Zulkarnaine

First and for most, this practical training report is about the dilapidation survey for Alamanda shopping mall, Putrajaya. This dilapidation survey is carried just for (visual and measurement ) architecture work only which is appointed by Pembinaan Ikhasas-Merak SDN BHD. This practical training report have been divided by several part which is company background, literature review, case study, problem, and recommendation.
In the first chapter will introduce to my company background in detail which is contain the background of the company, location on maps and also logo of company. I also put the organisation chart of the company and also the another activity of the company. In this report, have literature review which is introduce about QLASSIC in detail that related with dilapidation survey. It is contains the definition of the QLASSIC, objective , scope of work and assessed of QLASSIC. In definition, there are description of the approved standard, QP & PSP, Component and Element, component to be assessed and assessed approach After that, I start with my case study which is the dilapidation survey at Alamanda, Persint 1, Putrajaya, in this chapter have a detail on the location of our site and highlighted on the construction site and also dilapidation survey. There is also a brief about our client profile. The report that I have done is by area that means, I put all the defect by location for example common area, office and owner unit.
