Process aware e-Frozen Accounting Information System / Siti Sufyza Hanny Mohd Sukor

Seri Anom Enterprise is a developing small business company located in Ledang, Johor that sell various frozen foods such as 'Karipap', 'Donut', 'Pau Kacang' and so on. This project focused on accounting records and sales and expenses calculations due to inability of the stakeholder to manage their accounting business transactions monthly. Reports are required for managing expenses and profit and loss of the company, lower level management tends to make errors in calculating and reporting the business transactions. With that being said, this project is carried out with an aim to develop e-Frozen Accounting Information System with Process Aware approach. With applying iterative methodology can assist this project in carrying out results with quality. The phases involved in this project are four phases which are requirement, analysis, design and development. Other than that, the development of e-Frozen Accounting Information System and the documentations involved are Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and Software Design Document (SDD) are produced in this project. Lastly, it also state the future recommendation for the future developers to enhance the system where they can continue with phases of evaluation, testing and deployment and they also can add new features in this system such as able to prepare balance sheets for the stakeholder.
