Abstract

In order to meet the challenges of globalization, Malaysia needs to have entrepreneurs highest competence in various disciplines such as ICT and thinking skills scientific, critical, innovative and creative. Development of Science and Technology sophisticated is the leading resource that
will put Malaysia on the status that can compete with other countries in line with the era of globalization, knowledge economy and ICT. Therefore, our government is very concerned about the development of world of technology-based programs especially. A society that has many entrepreneurs is the community best (Ab. Aziz, 2003). This is because entrepreneurs are individuals who are most dynamic, creative and innovative. They are available for dealing with uncertainty through creativity and determination to achieve success. This spirit has caused them to see tomorrow with the full opportunity and confidence to seize the opportunity. Therefore, the entrepreneur must create and integrate into areas, to improve
competitiveness by providing more options to the well-being of their community.
