Abstract

Eonnigiri Cafe is a partnership operation that commencement in 30 March 2020 with four owner which is Aida Aqmarina, former assistance manager in Family Mart, Siti Hajar, former assistant manager in Secret Recipe, Siti Nurshaizzati, experience service crew at Sushi King and Intan Nuresha who is former McDonald’s department manager. The Eonniegiri Café concept is to lead a healthy diet for consumers through our food because our onigiri are different than the other onigiri that are available in the market which Eonnigiri Café only use quality Japanese products and also serve onigiri in Malay cuisine which are Nasi Lemak, Nasi Tomato and Nasi Goreng. Through this food only, the consumer can get a lot of benefits, goods and nutrients that match with balanced diet. Competitive advantage that the business has is its value proposition where there were none onigiri that have been served in Malay cuisine available in the market area which it directly allows Eonniegiri Café to become the first café that produce onigiri in Malay cuisine. The Eonniegiri Café is a café that manufacturing, distributing and selling a high quality and full of nutrient goods in onigiri where it is available in six flavours which is Nasi Lemak, Nasi Tomato, Nasi Goreng, Salmon Mayo, Spicy Crab and Tuna. Mochi also available in five type and flavours which is Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate, Banana and Mango flavours. The Eonniegiri Café targeted market is focused on customer’s age, officers and areas. They are officer who worked in the area, school students, age between 12 and over where most of them are from urban areas as the Eonniegiri Café located in Subang Jaya, Selangor. Eonniegiri Café has higher skilled employees which consist of management team, chef and service crew. The skilful and knowledgeable owner and also a general and administrative manager of the business make the Eonniegiri Café more successful. The financial plan of Eonniegiri Café is for the first three years including the requirements and the features of the business. For capital needed to start this business is RM136,989 to be used for deposit, insurance, license and buying all the materials. Hence, Eonniegiri Café assumed to be increase 10% for each year where in Year 3, the sales going to be exceed at RM 1,165,230 with the cash flows of RM 672,889 and the profit gained for Eonniegiri Café is RM 1,844,376.
