Abstract

This report is to study the Islamic bond variables and factors that influence it in Malaysia. The main purpose about this report is to emphasize the Islamic bonds instruments and issues affecting implementations of Islamic bonds especially in Malaysia. Malaysia Government Securities (MGSi) under Sukuk will be use as main issues. Furthermore, this research also has employed times series method to analysis Islamic bonds performances and factors affecting Islamic bonds in Malaysia. Other than that, the three independent variables that have been chosen are Government Expenditure, Inflation Rate and Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
