The purpose of the Bulletin of UPNP is to provide a platform for the state enforcement of Pahang “Unit Penguatkuasaan Negeri Pahang” (UPNP) under the under the Pahang state government "Pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Pahang" to use as a source of reference after years of hard work, as well as to inform the entire Pahang community about the presence of this unit. It is intended to address the issue of gathering operational data in a more systematic and accessible manner across all zones and sectors of the unit. The UPNP's problem statement is that the challenges of gathering operational information have remained unresolved during the years of service. The purpose of the bulletin is to provide stakeholders with the information and understanding about UPNP enforcement actions that have been accomplish and are being carried out under the jurisdiction and direction of Pahang state authorities. The scope of the bulletin includes the UPNP's power source, field of work, task dimensions and functions, and operational operations completed. The establishment of the Unit Enforcement State of Pahang (UPNP) was approved by the Council Government Meetings Pahang as the UPNP's power source (MMK). The dimensions and functions of the tasks as the operations performed are based on the Acts and Enactments State within the jurisdiction state government.
