Abstract
This industrial training report was object to describe my training experiences along my industrial training period at Tun Seri Lanang Library, UKM, Bangi in 5 months, starting from 2nd February 2015 until 30th June 2015. In the first chapter, I have introduced the background the organization's structure, of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and Tun Seri Lanang Library. In the second chapter, I had given the explanation of the information of the units in the library. Then, I had also explained further for my industrial training activities and special project on the third chapter. Then, as to conclude this report, I had made the conclusion, including the application of knowledge, skills and experiences I had undertaken in this course. Besides, personal thoughts and opinion, what lessons that I had learnt also some recommendations for better improvement are given in the last chapter.
