BoAVe offers online venue booking system for the organization or venue provider to be implemented in their current booking system. The system that we provide is more convenient and systematic for the client to organize the venue and their customer. Our mission is to ensure the effectiveness of the booking process is worth for time and money. Manual booking system is inefficient for the client as they need to spend their time and money to come over to the venue provider to make the reservation done. Some of customer may need to call the venue provider for their reservation and sometimes it takes few calls to make the booking process successful. In this technology era, people are moving fast and all information is ready to be accessed. People are very demanding when it comes into the public services as they want it to be done fast and cashless. Our venue booking system provides online booking system to the client. It can be accessed directly by the client through the internet access and be monitored by the service provider at any time. The client can get all the information about the venue through the venue website front page and can make the reservation or book the venue/room immediately by fill-up the requested information online. Service provider can monitor the client's request and give the feedback promptly. This product tailored service provider and client needs as it is more efficient and systematic from manual booking system such as verbal and written booking method.
