Abstract

Case studies have done at EP Engineering Services, Sabah. This company located at LOT A-7 1, BLOK A Pavilion Bundusan, Penampang, 88300 Kota Kinabalu Sabah which located at the Grand Industrial Centre. This company mainly do services regarding electrical field.
From the point of view, EP Engineering Services have few problems that they face currently. First of all, the competition with the respective company. Secondly, services cannot be done simultaneously because if the lack of company transportation. Thirdly, the company does not have identity clothing. Next, the company only focuses on one field of engineering (electrical). Last but not least, uncertainty of workers in making decision when working.
