Abstract

Nowadays industrial sector had grown rapidly in Malaysia. Industrial sector is one of the sectors that contribute to Malaysia economic growth. It also provides job opportunities to the communities. Gas is the most important thing to make the industrial sector on going. We can say that every factory using gas as their source of energy and to produce their product. Gas has been the main source of energy for the industrial sector since it was introduced in Malaysia some times ago. Natural gas began to popular when it replaces LPG (liquefied petroleum gas). People now realize that natural gas is more practical, convenience and economical. The distribution of natural gas is now grown throughout Malaysia. Therefore this dissertation is carried out to examine issues regarding to gas usage. The distribution of natural gas, the use to the industrial sector and also rules and regulation applied. I hope this dissertation will give a lot useful information, and will guide those whoever wants to extent this research in future.
