Alhamdulillah, lastly I was finished the task of BSR360 Practical Training.Learning the part of the building control with is the temporary permit of building during the training give me a spirit to know more about this permit. Before this I was learn the theory about the building Law which is how the calculation of space of the building, learn about the renovation or extension the house using the law book services is uniform building by-laws 1984.For this time my experience as the practical student in MajlisPerbandaran Sungai PetaniI can learn more and detail about the specification of the building and I learn how to manage the payment of the temporary permit of the building temporary. After that,Building By laws are the rules and regulations set forth by the concerned government authorities and updated time to time. These regulations guide us about what to construct, how and where. All the government and non government authorities work according to the building by laws applicable in there locale. Any building plan submitted to the authorities which does not adhere to the building by laws of the authority concerned is not passed. Compliance to them is mandatory by law whereas non compliance is punishable. As these rules and regulations apply to all, it helps to bring about a more uniform development. The Building by law document may be a very lengthy document to read but it is worth reading to avoid future problems arising out of noncompliance. For the conclusion, the building law in the state is important to make sure the residents is good populations and it also help the people to get the resident or building become a good house with the long time.
