Abstract

This research is aim to certify the technique of promotion that used in Grand Brilliance Sdn. Bhd in the way to promote Indonesian film in year 2005. Hence, focus are based on Tentang dia and Ungu Violet in a such way to promote the Indonesian film in the local industry. Grand Brilliance Sdn. Bhd. used theory of demand and supply together with seven techniques of promotion that have been practice for Indonesian film, however it doesn't achieved for the target of box-office in Tentang dia and Ungu Violet. Nevertheless, only Tentang dia had achieve box-office in year 2005. On the other hand, the seven techniques of promotion should be relevant and acceptable with all the society here to achieved box-office.
