Training is a branch of knowledge that provide an opportunity for every student to apply what their learned during in the classroom. First, Industry training also can reduce nervousness and awkward feeling when student face the reality in working world. The knowledge that student get from the industry training can use to solving the problem that their face in the work sector. After that, Industry training is important because it makes it easier for student to apply for suitable position after graduation. This is no doubt because in general the firm need individuals with high knowledge and work experience. Therefore, it is possible that the company offer a place for former trainees after graduation. Lastly student can use the experience and skills during the training period as a guide for the future.
