Furthermore, the technical report includes the type of work that has been done during my time of industrial Training. Overall, there are lot types of work that I have learned during my time. Moreover, the work cultures practices by Johor Land Berhad can be followed by other companies as the company of Johor Land Berhad is one of the best companies that practice the best work culture. Here , I have included the example of work culture which strictly obeyed by the staffs.
It is concluded those 8 weeks of my Industrial Training in the project helping a lot in improving the knowledge and skills in my professional career in the future. The communication skills, time management and initiative are the main skills that have been improved during my time of industrial Training. Work place condition in Johor Land Berhad teaches us naturally how to be an active and hardworking person. Other than that, I have also included the job requirement in this report, For example, checking for drawing discrepancies, inspection , supervising, RFI documentation, transmitted documentation and method statement. I have familiarized myself with the flow of company while heading all of the works as mentioned. Therefore, I would like to emphasize that the Industrial Training in the company's project, Johor Land Berhad means a lot in encouraging the student in their future career.
