Abstract
Parking spaces has become a serious problem of everyday occurrence at Ipoh Railway Station since it is one of the major transportation. Ipoh Railway Station is one of the train station that have a very high demand of parking especially during peak hour. This problem is getting worse and more frustrating in Ipoh Railway Station due to the fact that customers that come to the Ipoh Railway Station are so hard to find a parking spaces for them to park their cars. This study aim is to study the provision of parking spaces at Ipoh Railway Station. The data collection of this parking provisions will gather and measuring the information on variable interest, in an establish systematic fashion that enables one to answer the research questions and evaluate outcomes of findings in the study. The data was analysed to evaluate and determine parking spaces and the demand of parking that influence the strategic approach to the planning and successful of parking management. The research suggested some of the recommendations that will solve the parking problems at Ipoh Railway Station. The results of the study also show it is hope that the study can contribute to the improvement of parking planning management systems in Ipoh Railway Station.
