Abstract

This research is conducted for the purpose of getting a better judgment as to the issue of the legality of paintball specifically paintball markers under Malaysian law. Besides, this research is conducted to understand Malaysian law in regulating paintball markers in comparison with laws in other countries such as Canada, Singapore, United Kingdom and Australia. This research is conducted through library research that includes primary and secondary sources as well as interviews and survey.
