Abstract

In this modern world, construction of a building can be divided into various categories depending on activities that will take place once the building is erected. This study aims to give an in-depth focus on the upgrade work of public educational institution, i.e.; university. To produce comfortable surroundings for students or patrons are crucial by keeping and maintaining the upkeep of the building. There are many ways to ensure the maintenance of the building to be in order, such as by managing and supervising the repair works. Throughout the upgrading process, the party involved must supervise the works all the time to ensure that they follow the customary guidelines. This study will focus on maintenance during upgrading work at higher learning institute. This study also is to identify the lack of supervision problems during these works were done. In the particular these dissertation also stress on supervision method applied at the higher learning institute, how it is being done and performs.
