Abstract

"Startup Entrepreneurship Visual Campaign for Young Women," specifically developed to bridge Malaysia's gender labor gap through entrepreneurial empowerment. As persistent structural barriers and unequal labor force participation rates affect female economic inclusion, leveraging targeted visual communications and digital media serves as a potent vehicle for promoting entrepreneurship among young women. To systematically evaluate this visual communication initiative, this research investigates campaign dynamics and audience engagement metrics across three core analytical dimensions: (1) Visual Rhetoric and Empowerment Representation, evaluating the strategic use of inclusive graphic design, authentic narrative framing, and media aesthetics to challenge gender stereotypes and inspire entrepreneurial intent; (2) Socioeconomic Impact on Female Labor Force Participation, examining how targeted campaign messaging addresses structural career disparities and encourages youth involvement in the startup ecosystem; and (3) Digital Media Dissemination and Advocacy Protocols, formulating actionable guidelines for public sector agencies, educational institutions, and brand strategists to deploy effective gender-inclusive social marketing initiatives. The findings demonstrate that culturally resonant visual campaigns significantly elevate entrepreneurial self-efficacy and interest among young Malaysian women. Ultimately, this research provides an applied media and advocacy framework for marketing strategists, gender policy planners, and entrepreneurship educators dedicated to advancing female economic empowerment in Malaysia.
