Abstract

UNIVRAB-UiTM Inbound Programme. Designed as an international academic mobility and exchange initiative, the program aims to enhance student learning experiences, reinforce practical skill acquisition, and broaden cross-cultural engagement between Universitas Abdurrab (UNIVRAB) and Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). Evaluation of the program reveals three primary findings: (1) Academic Assessment and Skill Acquisition, demonstrating improved subject mastery through hands-on, practical learning approaches; (2) Positive Participant Feedback, reflecting high levels of satisfaction regarding institutional facilities, administrative delivery, and academic mentorship during the mobility period; and (3) Cross-Cultural Integration and Institutional Reflections, highlighting the program’s role in elevating student competitiveness and reinforcing strategic bilateral academic partnerships. Overall, this evaluation provides evidence-based insights to inform and optimize future international student mobility frameworks.
