Abstract

Histology Workshop 2026, an intensive training initiative designed to empower postgraduates and researchers with essential hands-on laboratory skills. Mastering histological techniques—including tissue preparation, sectioning, staining, and microscopic analysis—is critical for advancing biomedical research and diagnostic precision. Evaluation of the workshop highlights three primary contributions: (1) Enhancement of Core Technical Competencies, equipping participants with practical proficiency in tissue handling and advanced staining methodologies; (2) Optimization of Experimental Rigor and Troubleshooting, enabling researchers to identify artifacts and ensure reproducible histological data; and (3) Fostering Interdisciplinary Research Collaboration, providing a interactive platform for knowledge exchange among early-career scientists and senior histologists. Overall, this workshop serves as a vital professional development model for institutional research facilities aiming to elevate biomedical research standards and laboratory capability.
