Researchers surveyed a total of one hundred sixty seven sports students from FSR Seremban three using a quantitative correlational design. Time management behavior was assessed with the Time Management Questionnaire, while academic achievement was evaluated using Grade Point Average. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Spearman rho correlation tests. The findings aim to assist in planning effective support strategies to enhance academic success for sports students experiencing multiple role stress.
