It is indeed a great honour and privilege for me, on behalf of the Vice Chancellor of Universiti Teknologi MARA, to officiate this prestigious occasion the Gala Dinner of the 1st International Conference, Exhibition & Innovation on Public Health and International Community Services, or ICEPH-CS 2025. Tonight, we are gathered not merely to share a meal, but to celebrate the spirit of collaboration, innovation, and friendship that has brought us together from all corners of the globe from the United Kingdom, Indonesia, France, Algeria, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Australia and Iraq. The theme, “Building Resilient Public Health through Community Service,” reflects a shared belief that public health is a responsibility we carry together. And Just as the rivers of Sarawak gather from many sources to form one, our diverse knowledge, skills, and cultures unite to create solutions for today’s public health challenges.
