This systematic review evaluated how strength and conditioning interventions influence skill related fitness components in futsal players given that the fast tempo small court and hard playing surface impose physical demands distinct from traditional outdoor football. By reviewing twelve experimental and quasi experimental studies involving three hundred twenty seven participants who underwent structured training programs lasting between four and twelve weeks the researchers examined the effects of resistance training plyometrics speed drills and combined conditioning models. Due to variations in methodology across the included studies a narrative synthesis was conducted to help coaches identify the most effective conditioning strategies for improving player performance and reducing injury risk.
