Reflection IPDT 2022

Mobilising people is a very experiential programme that allows participants to investigate who they are, how effective their team leadership style is, and what goes beyond the surface of team dynamics. Upon completing this programme, participants fully understand how to motivate others to achieve a common objective through authentic and effective Islamic leadership. In addition, the ever-changing corporate environment and technological advancements are forcing firms to develop a workforce that positively responds to change and thinks proactively. Today's employees must be innovative, adaptable thinkers who comprehend processes, interrelationships, and job descriptions. This calls on global organisations to become "learning organisations" and adopt a new learning paradigm. Developing a learning culture and executing a continuous learning strategy is essential for creating a more intelligent workforce and achieving a competitive edge. Each participant will emerge from this event with greater spiritual, intellectual, and emotional eminence, enhancing individual and organisational worth.
