This article highlights the successful completion of the Dual Degree Master of Public Policy (MPP) program through an international academic partnership between the Faculty of Administrative Science and Policy Studies (FSPPP), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam, and Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR), Surabaya, Indonesia. Launched in March 2021, this collaborative dual degree initiative enables enrolled postgraduates to simultaneously earn the Executive Master of Administrative Science (EMAS) from UiTM and the Master of Public Policy from UNAIR. The study notes the graduation of UiTM pioneers Amirah Nadiah Binti Mohammed Faidzal and Ann Fernah Donnie at UNAIR's convocation on 26 April 2025, alongside participating Indonesian postgraduates, underscoring the program's efficacy in delivering fast-track, cross-border educational pathways that foster global competencies and meet contemporary industry demands
