Abstract
A study investigating youth Silat athletes from Sekolah Sukan Malaysia Terengganu examined whether a four-week balance training program could enhance ankle range of motion and balance. Ten participants aged thirteen to seventeen years old were divided equally into an intervention group receiving supplementary balance exercises and a control group following regular training only. Researchers assessed the athletes before and after the four-week period using specific tests for ankle mobility and balance, analyzing the resulting data with statistical software.
