This study investigated the relationship between physical activity levels and stress among two hundred full-time university students in Malaysia aged twenty to thirty. Academic demands, financial concerns, and social transitions frequently cause high stress among university students, which can negatively affect their mental health and academic performance if unmanaged. Although regular physical activity helps reduce stress by regulating mood and physiological arousal, many students remain inactive and sedentary due to heavy workloads and screen-based learning. To examine this connection, researchers collected data through an online survey incorporating the International Physical Activity Questionnaire to measure exercise frequency and duration alongside the Perceived Stress Scale to evaluate stress levels, subsequently analyzing the responses using statistical tests to determine the association between student activity levels and perceived stress.
