This study evaluated the effect of a four-week FIFA 11+ warm-up programme on ankle dorsiflexion range of motion among ten male national-level football referees in Malaysia. Using a true experimental pre-test and post-test control group design, participants were divided equally into an intervention group that performed the FIFA 11+ warm-up three days a week for four weeks and a control group that maintained their regular warm-up routine. Functional ankle mobility was measured using the Weight-Bearing Lunge Test before and after the training period. Statistical analysis was performed using Jamovi software, applying paired-samples t-tests for within-group changes and independent-samples t-tests for between-group comparisons, with significance set at a probability value below five hundredths.
