Abstract

The achievement of Muhamad Arif Firdaus Bin Ahmad, who was awarded the 2025 IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) Malaysia Chapter Excellence Award for the best Final Year Project in the field of Micro and Nanoelectronic Devices. Under the expert supervision of Dr. Norhafizah Binti Burham, his research project—titled "Lead-Free Piezoelectric Device using Solid State Reaction Method of BCZT for Energy-Harvester Applications"—demonstrates significant technological advancements in sustainable electronic systems. This recognition underscores the vibrant innovation culture within the Faculty of Electrical Engineering (FKE) and exemplifies the capacity of its students to drive impactful contributions to the field of micro- and nanoelectronics.
