This article outlines the implementation of the Pit Stop HEP FKE initiative, introduced by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering (FKE) in collaboration with the Student Representative Council and the FKE Student Secretariat to support students during the examination season. Launched at Level 9, Tower 2 of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, the program provides essential food and beverage assistance to students in need, aiming to ease financial and logistical burdens so they can maintain focus on their academic performance. Supported by faculty members and the broader university community, the initiative relies on collaborative donations and community engagement, highlighting how targeted welfare programs can foster a supportive learning environment and enhance student well-being during high-stress assessment periods.
