Mental health and overall psychological well-being have become major concerns due to factors such as recent global health crises, technological adaptation, and ongoing socioeconomic pressures. This quantitative cross-sectional survey investigated the relationship between green space exposure and mental wellbeing among three hundred and eighty-four adult visitors at Hutan Bandar MBIP in Mutiara Rini. Data were collected through self-administered online questionnaires distributed on site during peak weekend hours, utilizing a green space exposure inventory alongside the Warwick Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale to assess positive mental health. Through descriptive statistics and Pearson product moment correlation testing, the study evaluated how the frequency and duration of park visits correlate with psychological outcomes to inform targeted environmental and health interventions.
