Abstract

The strategic benchmarking visit and collaborative engagement between Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). The institutional engagement focused on benchmarking operational methodologies, academic administration practices, and research frameworks to identify mutual strengths and areas for continuous improvement. Through interactive discussion sessions, both public higher education institutions established foundational avenues for future inter-university collaboration, encompassing joint research initiatives, academic exchanges, and institutional knowledge sharing.
