The key initiatives, academic programs, strategic partnerships, and achievements of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering (FKE) at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam during the July to September 2025 period. Aimed at fostering electropreneurial leadership and aligning higher education with industry demands, FKE engaged in high-level knowledge exchanges, including talks by global semiconductor experts, collaborative teaching on IoT with TM R&D, and industrial training at ADTEC Taiping in advanced IC fabrication and assembly. The faculty reinforced its academic quality and accreditation standards through benchmarking visits, Industry Advisory Panel (IAP) evaluations, and an MQF2.0 alignment workshop. FKE also expanded its global reach and community outreach through international conference co-hosting, STEM/TVET student engagement programs, student mobility exchanges with France, and academic appointments across China and Indonesia. Student and faculty excellence were demonstrated by high-ranking recognitions in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2025, top finishes at the FIRA RoboWorld Cup 2025 and Malaysian Rocket Cansat Competition 2025, and various national e-content and research awards. Additionally, student welfare was supported through the "Pit Stop HEP @ FKE" exam food bank, and workplace safety readiness was enhanced via HIRARC certification.
