Innovating nanomaterials for renewable energy and sensor technologies

The academic achievement of Dr. Mazidah Tajuddin and her research partner, Dr. Suhaili Beeran Kutty, from the College of Engineering, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), on securing a research grant valued at RM 30,000.00 from Dana DDF. The grant supports their project, titled "Rainfall Prediction from Cloud Images Using Convolutional Neural Network," which focuses on applying advanced computer vision and deep learning techniques to enhance meteorological forecasting and automated weather monitoring. Driven by Dr. Mazidah Tajuddin as Project Head alongside Dr. Suhaili Beeran Kutty as Project Member, this initiative demonstrates UiTM's dedication to innovative technological solutions, artificial intelligence applications in environmental science, and institutional research excellence.
