Advancing research infrastructure

The success of a research team—led by Professor Ts. Dr. Mohamad Rusop Mahmood and comprising Dr. Noor Asnida Asli, Salifairus Mohammad Jafar, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zuraida Khusaini, Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Mohd Firdaus Malek, Dr. Mohd Husairi Fadzilah Suhaimi, Mohibah Musa, Muhamad Faizal Abd Halim, and Mohd Azlan Jaafar—in securing a national grant worth RM464,100 from the Ministry of Economy, Malaysia. The project, titled “Enhancing Research Instrument Management for Public Universities in Malaysia,” aims to devise strategies and strengthen the efficiency of research instrument and equipment management across public universities nationwide. This achievement underscores the commitment of the UiTM Faculty of Engineering to driving innovation, enhancing research governance, and ensuring effective academic resource management at the national level.
