4th Digitalised International Invention, Innovation, and Design Johor 2021 (DIIID JOHOR 2021), organized by Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Cawangan Johor from February 20 to July 20, 2021. Building on a decade-long trajectory of hosting innovation platforms—including Malaysia’s pioneering digitalized competition series launched in 2018—the event aimed to cultivate a sustainable research and innovation culture by inviting participation from diverse local and international innovators. Beyond showcasing creative solutions and technological advancements, the platform facilitated scholarly output by committing to publish all accepted abstracts under an e-ISBN publication, alongside offering select high-quality papers publication pathways in indexed journals such as the Malaysian Journal of Industrial Technology (MJIT) and the Malaysian Journal of Chemical Engineering and Technology (MJCET).
