Abstract

The academic framework, publication pathways, and key sub-themes of the 10th International Conference on University Learning and Teaching 2021 (InCULT2021), organized by the Faculty of Education at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in collaboration with Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and Ohio University. Held virtually on December 1–2, 2021, under the overarching theme *“Realizing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through Quality Education,”* the conference convened educators, researchers, and policymakers to address critical paradigms in higher education, including digital pedagogy, teacher education, educational leadership, and equitable learning. A central highlight of InCULT2021 was its robust publication pipeline, offering participants coordinated submission pathways across ten high-impact journals indexed in SCOPUS, MyCite, and ERA. Supported by a rolling abstract review process leading to full paper submissions by October 15, 2021, the conference served as a vital international platform for advancing scholarly discourse, fostering institutional partnerships, and driving educational innovation aligned with global sustainability objectives.
