Call for papers: 6th International Conference on User Engineering (i-USEr 2021) virtual conference

The organizational framework, thematic focus, and publication pathways of the 6th International Conference on User Engineering (i-USEr 2021), a premier regional platform in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) organized virtually by Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) from September 13 to 15, 2021. Centered on the theme of “Sustainable UX,” the conference explored user experience design across daily technological artifacts, mobile applications, and digital platforms through the analytical lens of sustainability. By inviting original research across specialized domains—including human-centered computing, digital privacy and security, technology adoption, urban mobility, and smart monitoring—i-USEr 2021 facilitated a rigorous scholarly exchange aimed at addressing critical interaction challenges in the digital era. Furthermore, accepted papers underwent a double-blind peer review process under Emerald publishing guidelines, offering qualified studies publication opportunities across selected Scopus-indexed journals, thereby advancing the scholarly impact and practical application of sustainable HCI methodologies globally.
