Abstract
Industrial training is a compulsory and prerequisite for the student of Diploma in Pantation Industry Management, UiTM Sarawak Campus Mukah before completing our studies in diploma. Industrial training is given to us to expose us to the real working environment in the estate and also giving us the experience and knowledge before venture our life in plantation career. The industrial training runs about 3 months from 5th December 2016 until 10th March 2017. I was stationed at Setuan Estate in Balingian District, Mukah, Sarawak.
