Industrial training is a medium where the students will be introduced to the real situation in the plantations besides to give exposure and experience to the students about the real situation in the fields so that the students will be ready in term of their mentally and physically. The students will be sent to an estate so that they know how the real situation looks like. Actually, this is also for early preparation for students before they start working at any company in future. Industrial training is a prerequisite to the award of Diploma students In Planting Industry Management, Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). I was following industrial training for three months, starting from 14 December 2016 until 17 March 2017 at Palmlyn Estate Sdn Bhd.
