This article evaluates the design, implementation, and educational efficacy of "Eco Smart Playdough," an innovative educational intervention designed to foster early scientific literacy through play-based learning. By integrating biodegradable playdough formulations with interactive activities centered on microbiology, hand hygiene, and environmental sustainability, the project engages young learners in hands-on exploration of microbial concepts and personal health practices. The study demonstrates that tactile, sensory-rich educational tools significantly enhance children's understanding of invisible germs, proper sanitation habits, and eco-friendly material usage. Furthermore, the framework bridges early childhood STEM education with practical public health awareness, providing educators and parents with a sustainable, safe, and cost-effective pedagogy. Ultimately, this play-based initiative serves as an impactful model for nurturing foundational scientific inquiry, personal hygiene responsibility, and environmental consciousness among young children.
