This article highlights the academic and community partnership demonstrated by the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), in supporting the nationwide launch of the "Me. NO PAUSE" women’s health initiative. Organized in collaboration with Alpro Pharmacy and key professional healthcare stakeholders, the initiative addresses perimenopausal and menopausal health literacy by promoting early diagnostic intervention and affordable ferritin screening for iron deficiency among Malaysian women. Through the integration of academic research, clinical expertise, and community pharmacy practice, the program aims to establish standardized pharmacist counselling protocols and early referral pathways to address chronic fatigue and hormonal transitions. Ultimately, this collaborative framework emphasizes the vital role of higher education institutions in advancing public health advocacy, empowering preventative self-care, and bridging the gap between pharmaceutical research and accessible community healthcare delivery.
