Abstract

This study examines the development, operational strategy, and product design of MaBox, an innovative packaging and service delivery solution operating within the Malaysian market. Utilizing a qualitative case study approach, the research evaluates how MaBox leverages customizable packaging technologies and streamlined logistics frameworks to enhance supply chain efficiency for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Findings demonstrate that the integration of adaptable container design, client-centered delivery systems, and agile small business management practices significantly improves operational performance and local market penetration. This study provides valuable insights for entrepreneurs, logistics practitioners, and product developers seeking to optimize packaging design, improve customer service delivery, and gain a competitive edge in Malaysia’s evolving commercial sector.
