Implementation of international mobility programs for fostering students’ entrepreneurial mindset: an AI-assisted review

International mobility programs provide students with the opportunity to study, intern, and interact internationally. These experiences are widely acknowledged not only for their intellectual and cultural advantages but also for their capacity to cultivate entrepreneurial mindsets. This AI-assisted review synthesises data from Scopus-indexed literature published between 2010 and 2024, emphasising how mobility efforts foster entrepreneurial competencies. The review indicates that successful implementation necessitates the incorporation of experiential learning activities, institutional support systems, and the cultivation of intercultural competency. Pedagogical innovations, including cooperative learning, storytelling methodologies, and gamification, enhance entrepreneurial self-efficacy and identity development. The findings confirm that well-designed mobility programs can substantially enhance students' entrepreneurial mindsets.
